FreedomCounsel may discuss legal options and considerations during the consultation, but the consultation does not create an attorney-client relationship unless FreedomCounsel and I both sign a separate engagement agreement.
Cancellation and no-show policy. I understand that if I cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before the appointment, or do not appear, the consultation fee will be deemed earned as a reasonable minimum fee for reserved attorney time and will not be refunded.
